San Diego Home Prices Remain at a Plateau

Since July of last year, the median price of all homes sold in San Diego County has hovered between $540,00 and $550,000.  In February 2018 the median price was $548,000 and the first two weeks of March the median was $550,000.  This is in contrast to the upswing in prices of almost 10% which occurred early last year.  The median price a year ago was $500,000.
