My sisters and I were selling dad’s home. We called in two different realtors who worked his neighborhood. Both gave us the same listing price recommendations. We then called Kimball who took us to see the comps in dad’s neighborhood, and he knew we could get a better price. He listed the house; it was sold in the first week with 4 other backup offers. Kimball sold the house for over $50K more than what the other agents wanted to list it for. We’re very happy we chose Kimball.

My boyfriend and I used Kimball as our Realtor for a recent home purchase. The search was a little tricky as we had specific price and location preferences plus the inventory of homes for sale was low and we were also competing with cash buyers. Kimball set us up on his customized property search website system so that we were immediately notified whenever a home came on the market that met our criteria. Kimball showed us dozens of properties and we purchased one for a little under market price, which was great. Kimball guided us through the maze of inspections, paperwork and negotiations. The seller was challenging, but Kimball represented our interests well. We LOVE our new home and would recommend Kimball to anyone wishing to buy or sell real estate. We moved from out of state and therefore it was key for us to find an agent who was knowledgeable about many different areas of San Diego.  Kimball was very patient with us and showed us homes from Mission hills to North county.  He provided us with our own property search website which was key to making the search very organized and seamless.  We found our perfect home and thanks to Kimball, the whole process turned out rather enjoyable. We would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

I’m very happy that Kimball was my agent for my very first home purchase. I was very nervous about the whole process of buying my first house, but Kimball put me at ease with his knowledgeable and calm approach.

He set me up on his customized property search website system that notified me immediately whenever any home came on the market that met my criteria. Kimball and I spent many days viewing and making offers on both houses and condos.

I finally decided on a very cute house and Kimball negotiated to get the price down as far as the seller would go. When we received the bank appraisal during the escrow period, it showed that the house was worth $17K more than I paid, which was very comforting.

Also, Kimball encouraged me to apply with two lenders instead of one so that I could compare the financing costs and alternatives. Kimball helped me negotiate with the lenders and we were able to get them both to drop the rate by a half point from what they originally quoted saving me $43K over the life of the loan. Plus, one of the lenders kicked in a closing cost credit to seal the deal.

I’m grateful for Kimball’s excellent service and would recommend him to anyone wishing to buy or sell.

Kimball Vincent served as my real estate agent for the sale of our house in La Jolla Colony. We are very happy to recommend Kim. 

To begin with, he gave us excellent advice about the need to upgrade our house in order to make it more attractive to buyers. Kim also recommended a contractor for this purpose who did outstanding work for us. 

He also staunchly defended our interests by refusing to accept offers that were simply too low. His recommendation to use a range of prices for the listing instead of a single amount worked very well. Our home sold for $910,000 which was a very good price, compared with other recent sales in the complex.

Kim also made life easy for us by using electronic signatures for the many forms we had to sign. I should also mention that from start to finish Kim could always be reached quickly and easily by phone or email, and that he responded almost instantly to any messages left on his voicemail. 

All in all, he was a most pleasant agent to work with. I can therefore recommend him without any hesitation or reservation.

I can definitely recommend Realtor Kimball Vincent, as he did a great job for me in selling my late mother's home. Kimball put in a lot of time in helping me get the property ready for sale. He gave me good advice on what needed to be done to make the house show well, but within a budget. Kimball interviewed & supervised the painters, plumber, and hardwood floor refinishers. Kimball also took us to see other homes for sale in the area in order to fine tune our asking price. When the house finally went on the market, it sold in a week at a price at least $50K-$75K more than what other agents suggested to list it for. Recently, I had the difficult decision of placing my Uncle Bob in an assisted care facility. During this stressful time I enlisted Mr. Vincent’s help in selling my uncle’s condo/ townhouse.

During our first walk though, Kim suggested that I update the kitchen and bathrooms to give the home a more modern and clean feel. He helped me find a contractor, select colors and countertops and made sure the work was completed in a timely manner. The house looked beautiful and the day we listed it was the day we received our first offer!

The first offer did fall through but the same day we received multiple offers and sold the house for more than listing price. Mr. Vincent walked us through the multiple offer maze and after acceptance kept in touch with us for all necessary information until the house closed escrow and the new buyers had keys in hand. Not only did he help with any and all issues but negotiated a price that exceed our expectations.
