I’m very happy that Kimball was my agent for my very first home
purchase. I was very nervous about the whole process of buying my first
house, but Kimball put me at ease with his knowledgeable and calm

notified me immediately whenever any home came on the market that met my
criteria. Kimball and I spent many days viewing and making offers on
both houses and condos.
I finally decided on a very cute house and Kimball negotiated to get
the price down as far as the seller would go. When we received the bank
appraisal during the escrow period, it showed that the house was worth
$17K more than I paid, which was very comforting.
Also, Kimball encouraged me to apply with two lenders instead of one
so that I could compare the financing costs and alternatives. Kimball
helped me negotiate with the lenders and we were able to get them both
to drop the rate by a half point from what they originally quoted saving
me $43K over the life of the loan. Plus, one of the lenders kicked in a
closing cost credit to seal the deal.
