Vincent served as my real estate agent for the sale of
our house in La Jolla Colony. We are very happy to recommend Kim.
To
begin with, he gave us excellent advice about the need to upgrade our
house in order to make it more attractive to buyers. Kim also
recommended a contractor for this purpose who did outstanding work for
us.
He
also staunchly defended our interests by refusing to accept offers that
were simply too low. His recommendation to use a range of prices for
the listing instead of a single amount worked very well. Our home sold
for $910,000 which was a very good price, compared with other recent
sales in the complex.
Kim
also made life easy for us by using electronic signatures for the many
forms we had to sign. I should also mention that from start to finish
Kim could always be reached quickly and easily by phone or email, and
that he responded almost instantly to any messages left on his
voicemail.
All in all, he was a most pleasant agent to work with. I can therefore recommend him without any hesitation or reservation.
