Kimball Vincent, as he did a great job for me in selling my late
mother's home. Kimball put in a lot of time in helping me get the
property ready for sale. He gave me good advice on what needed to be
done to make the house show well, but within a budget. Kimball
interviewed & supervised the painters, plumber, and hardwood
floor refinishers. Kimball also took us to see other homes for sale
in the area in order to fine tune our asking price. When the house
finally went on the market, it sold in a week at a price at least
$50K-$75K more than what other agents suggested to list it for.
