Recommendation

Recently, I had the difficult decision of placing my Uncle Bob in an assisted care facility. During this stressful time I enlisted Mr. Vincent’s help in selling my uncle’s condo/ townhouse.

During our first walk though, Kim suggested that I update the kitchen and bathrooms to give the home a more modern and clean feel. He helped me find a contractor, select colors and countertops and made sure the work was completed in a timely manner. The house looked beautiful and the day we listed it was the day we received our first offer!

The first offer did fall through but the same day we received multiple offers and sold the house for more than listing price. Mr. Vincent walked us through the multiple offer maze and after acceptance kept in touch with us for all necessary information until the house closed escrow and the new buyers had keys in hand. Not only did he help with any and all issues but negotiated a price that exceed our expectations.

I would not only use Mr. Vincent’s professional services in the future but would recommend him to all my friends and family.
