SD Home prices holding steady

The median San Diego County home price is hovering in the low $400's according to the latest MLS data.  November's median was $419,000 compared with with $415,000 in October and $422,000 in September.  The median for November 2012 was $350,000 for an increase over last year of 20%.
Since June of this year mortgage interest rates have been  fluctuating slightly between 4.2% and 4.6% on a 30-year fixed loan for a borrower with good credit.
If you're looking to make a move, now may be a good time.  For sellers, prices have risen significantly making it more attractive to sell.  Buyers may want to take advantage of today's low interest rates.
Let me know if I can provide a list of recent sales in your neighborhood, or a list of homes for sale in the areas where you may be interested in buying.
