San Diego Home Prices Push Higher

The median price of all homes sold during March in San Diego County rose to $439,000, an increase of 5.7% over the previous month and a 17% increase over March of last year according to MLS data.  For the first two weeks of April, the median price increased to $449,000 for an increase of 15% over the previous year.  It will be interesting to see how the rest of April plays out.

If you're curious about what your home might sell for in the current market and how much you would net after closing costs, I would be happy to provide you with that information, without cost or obligation.
