According to the latest MLS data, June homes prices are up 11% over the same
month last year. The median price of all homes sold in San Diego County during
June 2014 rose to $465,000. The median price in June 2013 was $420,000.
Also, May's median price was $445,000. June's price then reflected an increase of 4.5% over the
previous month.
